Im sure se doesnt mind if someone leaked the codewarior software. :-o just metaworks wouldnt like it

And it's not so illegal at all, because all you do is to spread some backups, for the case your house burns down or something. 
I'am interested also. Maybe we should give eDonkey or eMule a try...

You can order a FREE 15 (or 30, not sure anymore)-day evaluation version of Codewarrior for Symban OS from Metrowerks. I did that recently and got the free CD by mail. I tried to compile an example app from the UIQ SDK (you need to download the SDK seperately from mobilityworld) and it worked OK in the P800 emulator.
