A lot of people internet settings have been deactivated by celtel.There is a way out.If your sim is mms activated you can use it to browse and use applications like mig33,opera etc all for free.

guys,to activate your celtel wap just type wap and text it to 232 and you will receive your configuration settings.if you encounter any problem tell me

i don't get you.sending sms to another phone or the activation process.just drop your number and phone model i will activate/send the configuration for you.
