Now let's discuss how to insert special effect command in your ring tone file ,we will NOT metion any skill about how to make ringtone method:I suppose you all have known essential knowledge about ring tone file of mobile phone already, we only talk about special effect in ring tone.

At the beginning ,let's remember these command:

v+ : Increase ring volume one step;
v- : Decrease ring volume one step;
ledon : Turn led on (the green led on the left upper corner on T68)
ledoff : Tuen led off;
backon : Turn backlight on;
backoff : Turn backlight off;
vibeon : Turn vibrator on;
vibeoff : Turn vibrator off;
() : Define a repeat section;
@X : Repeat command,define which times the section will repeat , X is a number to define repeat times;

It's easy now while we know the meanings of above command,let's see a example :
BEGIN:IMELODY
VERSION:1.2
FORMAT:CLASS1.0
BEAT:212
STYLE:S1
VOLUME:V12
MELODY:
V+ledonc2backonledoffd2backoffd2ledone2backonledoffbackoffledong2ledoffV-a2ledon
END:IMELODY

Please focus on MELODY body now: you can find that we have used v+,v- , backon,backoff,ledon,ledoff in this file , now let we add two command :vibeon,vibeoff,you will find that is SO EASY to turn your phone's viberator on while a call comes :
...
MELODY:
V+ledonvibeonc2backonledoffvibeoffd2backoffd2ledone2vibeonbackonledoffbackoffledonvibeoffg2ledoffV-a2ledon
END:IMELODY

Let's see how to define a repeat section now,we will use command "()" and "@" ,its' easy too! of cause you can define the whole melody body's repeat time! if you like a ring tone ,but it is too short ,all you shoud to do is : enclosing the whole music by use of a pair of parentheses and add a letter "@" and a number after it~~!
...
MELODY:
V+(ledonvibeonc2backonledoffvibeoffd2backoffd2@3)ledone2vibeonbackonledoffbackoffledonvibeoffg2ledoffV-a2ledon
END:IMELODY

By the way,to obtain more effects , you can adjust BETA and VOLUME values while you edit the melody body .

Good introduction! But I would recommend anyone who wants to add effects to an existing imy to use the ringtone composer from christersson.org. Just load the tone into the program, and add any desired effectes, and then save it. By using the program, it's also easy to preview how the thing will look, before actually transfering it to the phone.

@The Taz Do a 'search' on 'walk-a-phone v2'.
If nobody wants it.. put it on eBay.
