Yeah, I was thinking it looks like an oversized old-fashioned blackberry. I didn't think Android was anywhere near making it onto an actual device yet but hey, who knows?

My money's on it being a photoshop though...

I think it's true. Looks very similar to the prototype in the demo vid, but has a "used" look to it.

There are a few video's on Youtube showing Android in action. It look's okay, but nothing special.

The home screen looks very Blackberryesque, also coincidently Google isn't half producing new apps for the Blackberry at a great rate of knots! which is quite strange for anybody to concentrate more on BB software IMHO!
