Anybody knows about a freeware working contacts manager for T300 for transferring all contact to/from the phone to a PC via IR? I've tried float's Mobile Agent, but it doesn't do what I want. I've also tried some of the software available for other phones from but they are not compatible .
Thankful for any ideas! |

Having been down this road, here's what I found:
- you can use IR to copy .vcf files directly to the phone (what sucks is I found no way for Exchange/Outlook to generate a single .vcf for multiple contacts, so you have to do this one at a time)
- for backup, there is a menu item on the phone that will send a the entire phonebook in a .vcf file back to your computer.
- you can also use IR to transfer cards between other IR enabled phones
If I get time in the next few weeks, I'll probably create a macro to automate the export process.

Thanks a bunch for your suggestions! I didn't know about the option to send the whole list in one go, that will do what I want at the moment! |

Thanks! I just got the T300 and was bummed that I couldn't sync the phonebook easily. Was almost going to buy the MA-620 IrDA adapter since it comes with the necessary software, eventhough I already have multiple IrDA adapters.

You can download the Software for the MA-620 for free at

Don't know if it works with other infra red devices though!!

The Mobile Action software will only work with their adapters and cables. (MA-620 IR, MA-8910C USB, etc.) A hardware ID check is performed in the software to see if their hardware are installed.
