Do you mean somthing like this
if so just do a search on google etc for dragonball z.gif
image size has to be no larger that 101x80
if its too big just resize in animation shop.

Sorry can't send it as i don't have mms activated on my t68.
to answer your other questions Animation shop comes with Paint shop Pro from Jasc Software and costs abour £40 here in the U.K.
Another good investment would be a datacable or Irda port. just do a search on this site for details.
