Vodaphone are asking of £19.99.
Has anyone tried anywhere where it is lower?

The lowest i have seen outside of the service providers is 50 euros at Davinci. Thats about £35

Buy the cheapest Pay&Go at CPW and it should be unlocked.

Well I spoke to CPW and they said it will be locked.
Have you bought from them and noticed that it is unlocked and are from the UK?
I do know that they don't brand phones, but a member of staff said that they do lock the phones.

Yeah, nearly all of them are.
Btw got my phone unlocked.
topped up £20.
Rang the number, unlocked within 5mins.
Rip of price though.
