just save it in a folder and the fone will be recognized

I did and it still does not recognize the phone in phone mode. Thats the only mode that my computer does not recognize my phone in, so I can't transfer anything over to the phone. |

then unpack it once and close it ( just click on it, then it will show u the files ) then close it... also did u try pc suite? it should see the fone... or seus?

The phone works in PC Suite when it's in File Transfer mode....only when the phone is in "phone mode" does it not work. |
