You can't acsess the private forum (if you could it wouldn't be private anymore) its for mods and admins only....on some of the forums i mod it is used for storing deleted posts and noting band members and offences as well as a place for the team to discuss issues in private about the forum..

Last time I was there, I didn't notice anybody flirting with anyone. Actually, it's the place where the mods discuss about threads like this and whether its worth the bother.
