...get rid of the "Vodafone" sticker on my screen without causing any damage to the screen itself e.g. scratch marks? And would it leave a sticky residue that would be hard to get rid of? I have surgical spiritz (alcohol) in my inventory. Why would I wanna do this. Since my K800 is fully "de-branded", the only "brand" left on the fone is the "vodafone sticker" that hides away the "cybershot" logo. I want it gone. Please give me good advice. I've had my fone for a year and NO scrapes and the screen whatsoever. I've tried to get the sticker off but to no avail.

on my k800i it looks like the sticker is embedded into the screen lens and the cybershot isnt under the sticker.

i would of thought you would need to replace the screen lens to get the cybershot logo

Indeed, you need a new generic frontcover.
K800 has zwo different frontcover for each colour. One for the branded ones with a recess for the operator-sticker and the generic one with the backside printed Cybershot.

The display glass / screen lens is not separately exchangeable!
You need a complete frontcover but if you find a kind ServicePoint it won't be expensive.

I got a complete housing incl keypad and buttons at 30EUR at my ServicePoint because my wife wanted her black K800 to become a silver one. (I must confess the fact that I know the coworker very well and from there I got the parts at his purchase price, but it can be an appoximate value)
