Please please help I had a chess game on my K800i and one morning I awoke to find the I could no longer start the gam, so I deleted it from my games/application list.

Unfortunately, it seems that the game was still running somewhere within the phone as, when I tried to use the camera, a message pops up advising that an application is still running. When i use the shortcut key, the phone tells me that no applications are running, so I'm confused and currently down a good camera phone. I was supposed to be passing it onto my wife, as I now have an upgrade.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Don't get me wrong, but dit you tried to restart the phone?

If not, master reset can do the trick in my opinion.

I have tried deleting the application, the phone has been turned off and on many times and I have also done a master reset. Nothing has worked.

Is there any software that I can try to clean the phone of all games, application etc?

never had that problem, and i hope will not ,
if ur games installed on memory card u can format it but make sure to back up ur important files before, or u can check to Sony Ericsson Service Center..

Turn off phone, take the batt out for few hours. If not I am sure flashing the phone with XS++ will solved the problem.
