Conlusion
While the handset’s overall volume level is average, its sound is on the juicy side. You will also have no trouble hearing ring tones while in the street. The vibro alert is average or a little bit above this level strength-wise, but occasionally you might not feel it. The reception part is in line with other products from the company, meaning that it is quite decent.
The phone starts shipping in February 2008 for 400-500 USD (in Europe – 260-280 Euro). For this money consumers will get a quirky design, all standard features of the A200 and a handful of tiny extras. This is not the most decent offering price/quality ratio-wise we have seen, but it does make a statement with its design. I suppose the Sony Ericsson K660i’s design will be its foremost selling point. If you fall for it, then getting your mitts on it will be a matter of principle. In a word, emotional and impulse-driven purchases as they are. This way, the model won’t be vastly popular on the market, but all previous K6xx solutions weren’t either.

Yeah so? Whats your point? Another dig at SE? Dont forget N71, N90, N92, all E series were very poor in sales. |

There's no point, and has nothing to do with N71s and n90.As always i would liek to bring as much as news and articles to keep esato members busy. And those might be intrested in buying these phone would be intrested to read the review.

Smart, but not smart enough. Your sole purpose was to have another go at a SE phone, otherwise why would, of an entire review, point only the negative point?
Also, the topic really shows how much you intent to "inform" and "help" |

Dear QVGa,I think ur in wrong impression, If u may have noticed every review comes with tagline, and i thought of creating one For ex
For w880-Plain thin no catch
N82-Comes with xenon etc.., Connecting buisness etc
So i thought of Putting the whole concept of review in just one word or one liner .which really tells wht it is abt.And the Final lines are final decision aspect of review, so i used it.So as soon as u read the title u get to know wht is the conlusion is all abt

So what about "It's all about design"?
The sentence itself is crap. Stating the K610i is not popular is doubtful. |

Well Se are very inlikely to put a phone on the market without doing enough market research as to hpw many people will e buying the phone and if its going to be profitable... Its not a bad thing, just means its for more select groups of people... |

When it comes out why don't you buy it? and review it for us since you went off a review from someone elses.
A review is about what the individual reviewer likes and dislikes not what EVERYONE thinks.
So do us all a favour and review it for us if your not gunna buy it and review it don't post. |

I think K660 will sells more than other K series earlier. because this one looks much better than K6xx earlier, and it's also midrange phone,,

I agree. I don't expect this to be a best seller, rather a another example of a phone created just to fluff out their mid-tier segment. There was a time when SE only had a handful of of mid-tier phones to compete with while other OEMs had twenty or thirty in their portfolio.
If SE is to compete with the big guns then I expect there will be more phones like this coming along. It will sell, just not in huge numbers.
