I wonder how the sucssesor will be like, we have already seen what N93's sucssesor MAY look like. And i wonder what features we should expect from it maybe WiMax?

Nokia N95 is a unique device IMO, and Nokia have a winner on thier hands with it. I would expect there would be no major changes to this device for 2-3 years to come. Nokia would be ill-advised to fiddle with the basic formula, though I would guess that upgrades to camera, memory and connectivity would be a regular occurance.
This phone could be the 'Moto V3 RAZR' of the high end market.

@razec - A 10 MP camfone you say mate I think it will ONLY have a 7 or an 8 MP for the N95's successor . . . Remember, marketing strategy . . .

^^ they dont need marketing strategies. they're gigantic already and with a phone like this no other brand could match them spec to spec and people esp. nokia loyalist will praise them more now tell me if this was not a marketing strategy

Hi all,
I think it will be a combination of what carkitter and razec has said i think the first increase in spec that will enable some of the others is a more powerful chip. I don't think it will turn into a TS device or have a 10 mega pixel Camera. But speed and performance of both playback and recorded Video will occur but this could still work even with the current 5 Mega pixel camera.
What ever some may say especially the N95 8GB is a excellent Multimedia device and it really does a good job delivering what you expect as long as those expectations are realistic. It is not a dedicated Camera, Music Player PMP, Radio, or E-Mail Device, but it does all of those and other things to a more than acceptable standard. Personally i would of preferred to have seen all the N95 8GB spec's in a N93 successor keeping the 3xOptical Zoom and form factor but then that's just my preference i loved my N93.

@razec - But they have their (Nokia) EARNING-lapses too remember Say, they FALL short of their expected earnings, say, in this QUARTER of this YEAR etc. etc. . . . also, NOT to FORGET the battery RECALL they had this year which costs them a fortune
Well, be it as it may . . . I really do NOT think that they WILL jump that EASY and FAST from a 5 MP camfone (N95) to a 10 MP one . . . 7 or 8 MP camfones will be (in their blue-prints) . . . in between ! . . .

@JoJo
The battery recall cost's were met by the Battery Manufacturer not Nokia and it was MAT something or other the Panasonic parent Company.
Nokia's results last quarter continued to grow especially N Series and E Series ranges, the original N95 has been selling 1 Million units plus per quarter and i would guess the N95 8gb is also selling well for a premium product.
With the launch of OVI already having given us the Music Store and Ngage coming online soon along with all the other Services i really can't see Nokia failing to continue to grow. The largest growth market especially with these services is going to be N series Multimedia smart phones IMO.

The N95 has created a whole market niche of its own; its the Swiss Army Knife of mobile phones . Apple created a new market with the iPhone just as did with and Cybershot brands - there's room for all of them as none really compete with each other directly.
@Dogmann
I was thinking the same thing regarding the video camera...
