How well is the T300 selling? |

I have read that a few of the forum members here work at phone operator stores or just simple mobile phone stores, so it would be nice to know if SE's most ambitious seller is actually going to be successful... The phone has been out in some countries for a month now, so consumer awareness should start to bulild... As far as i know the 3510i is still not near release, so whats the score?
Anybody have any news? |

sorry, but nokia 3510i is already out in Italy and the price is between 299 € and 349 €, thats why t-300 is selling for € 275, but i think that 3510i is disadvantaged becouse it has no irda port, and that is a big problem (it is my opinion because i use irda a lot) |

selling pretty well in my store in uk (but that could be because some of the networks are bundling the camera in for free with the phone)
they don't make them like they used to |

In the US they are selling like crazy! They are subsidized by T-mobile so the final price is $99 with the camera attachment after $50 mail in rebate, which is an awesome deal.
Too bad that right now only new subscribers can get the phone since it is in such high demand and short supply. Existing customers can't buy it as an upgrade phone just yet, they have to wait until January when the Christmas shopping frenzy is over.
I got lucky and got two of them for $75 a piece as an upgrade phone with signing another year contract (no problem, I like T-mobile). I just have to wait for the camera attachemnt to arrive.
That's my story and I'm stickin' to it! |

A, i did not know that 3510i was already out yet... at least not n the UK and Greece it is not!
Anyway, its good that demand is high for the T300, just a shame that once more (we all remember how difficult it was to get a hold of a t68 last year) SE cant deliver enough supplies |

it selling pretty good everywhere, especially when they bundle the mca 25 with it. the price in europe is about 280-300 euro with the camera. I think this is its big pro. next are the poly tones. |

T300 selling very good, but short on supply. selling at 229€ and you can win an MCA-25 (mostly everybody wins). but now nokia is moving in there 6610. everyone wants that one now, it isn't out yet but there are already some ads here and there. ok it looks good but thats it, it costs more and it can't do alot. the 7210 is not up to the job and is not selling good. |

We don't have T300 either... I read in another post that in UK there isn't T600 on sale (correct me if I'm wrong) and guess what.... We have it!!! I thing they are going to have it in sale in Turkey at the same time with P800 so the newspapers will say that has got two phones in sale at the same time, etc. They also may release HPR-20 and the phones altogether, too.. It woul'd be a very good advertisement for . Maybe some people will change their minds and stop buying 3310!!!! |

just one thing about the T300 I would like to know. Why ohhh Why have they done away with the little green light that was a trade mark of all Ericsson phones and so usefull at night to see if you had reception with out having to touch the phone it may just be a small thing but I miss that little light flashing away letting me know I am still in contact |

The t300 has a red light that is used for ring tones and to denote low battery/battery charging. I bought a t200 for a christmas present, it has a green light but no red one...
My t65 and t66 have a duel colour led, red for unhappy and green for happy!! And I miss it with my t300.
Just think of a t500, irda, red/green led, full calendor, colour & mms!!
The t300 seams much more versitile that the 3510i, the t300 has a camera attachment, can use past ericsson accssorys(mp3 player/radio/bluetooth adaptor) and irda. Though the nokia can download standard java games though.
Why can't I be happy with one phone? |
