Just bought myself an S500i, but I can't get anything onto it.
I installed SonyEricsson PC Suite but it doesn't recognise the phone in phone mode, only in File transfer mode.
Tried using the phone as a mass storage device but when I click on the drive it asks me to please insert a disk.
I don't have a memory card for the phone yet so I am guessing this could be a reason why.
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks |

its probably your computer..... if your comp has a virus and u have a prgm...some of the drivers may be missing and it cant recognize the device.... so when u attach it a box ocmes and says "search for hardware" ??? u can choose yes...yes one time or no right??? well thats what happen t my k550i and my hubbys shine...... its the computer!! has to re storedd hope this helped if not sorries dude =) |
