skjalg - it's a bit cumbersome to find and I'm not sure you're an eBay member anyway, so I've done it for you and left your e-mail address with their Fraud protection support unit.
I hate them too , I've contacted both and eBay a number of times on P800 fraud but without much result. The only remedy would be if finally started shipping the P800 in large quantities. Until then - take it easy !

It's no problem to screw his sale up.
Just register as a member at ebay, but with fake name, adress etc.
Then bid a couple of thousand dollars on his auction, and when the auction ends you don't pay Easy... |

Thing is to not f*** up his sell.. thing is to Report it to EBAY first as they might take legal action against it... even i doubt thatbut its standart procedure.
Recently there have been frauds on ebay where "seller" hijacked identity of some ok seller with positive feedback but which was inactive for some time(2 years)! |

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us with this information. I
understand how this situation could be of great concern.
I have reviewed the information that you provided regarding the use of
copyrighted material in the auctions that you have reported. But at this
point I find that I do not have enough evidence to show that the member
has violated any eBay rules.
Regrettably, we are only able to take action against this member if the
owner of the pictures or text writes to us about this member using their
material. In some instances, sellers may have already obtained
permission from the rights holder to use their material. Therefore, we
often cannot remove items upon the representations of third parties
whose credentials we cannot verify.
We do understand the potential for further issues in this type of
situation. That is why, if you feel strongly about this issue, we
recommend that you contact the rights holder, and recommend they contact
us directly. Once we hear from them, we can take appropriate action
against the member that you have reported.
Additionally, if you wish to request the removal of a particular listing
(s) that is using your images, please email us at the above address and
we will send you a Notice of Description Infringement form. That form
will require you to state under penalty of perjury that you own the
copyrighted material and that you have a good faith belief that the
listing you identified infringes your rights in such material.
We appreciate you taking the time to contact us with your concerns.
Thank you for your participation in the eBay community.
Regards,
Burt

Hey Skjalg - just wanted to let you know that the bidding closed at Eur 705, but there's not way to warn/alert the winning bidder as the auction was private and their identities are hidden.
How's the P800 - first impressions? What did you pay in Euros? |
