K850i back up probs |

Hi there not long had me k850i, this morn got the old operation failed message, so did a master reset and updated the firmware as for orange customers there is a new update that has appeared in the past week i think.
I backed me mob up 2 weeks ago with all me contacts etc, went to put everything back on and it comes up with a message saying the content on my mob may be corrupt.
Has any1 else had this problem? I now have to somehow get all me contacts back  |

I think there is nothing can to do if data goes corrupt...
I'm usually backup important contact number in SIM card....
