You can send it via Bluetooth, IrDa or by emailing, you can't use a datacable. |

No extra software needed... Windows XP as well as Win2K has it built in. You just select "Send picture" in phone line up the IR ports and your WinXP system will popup a dialog to ask if you want to save a file being sent to you through your IR port (I assume it is something similar with bluetooth). When sending a file to the phone you use the icon that XP puts on your desktop whenever it detects a device whith IR turned on. It basically brings up a browse dialog you can use to select the file you want to send... pretty easy, I use it a lot.
Ps. This has been discussed before but you can use your phone as a "floppy", just make sure to add a .gif or other supported extension to the file you want to store (ie resume.doc.gif). |
