I waxed a bit nostalgic and picked up a new-in-box S710a for cheap from eBay Part of what makes it cheap is how the seller removed the memory card (Memory Stick Pro) and OEM stereo headset from every box
What's the largest Memory Stick Pro officially and unofficially supported by the S710a?
And what model of stereo headset came with this phone? I believe it was the HPM-20 but don't recall exactly.

If it is the same as the S700i then I am sure it was 128MB Duo.
Ah, I miss my S700i too and I think you're right about the headset.

The S700i and S710a only support the standard Memory Stick Duo. They do not support the Pro cards. The max non-pro card is 128mb

yep, if you wanna use it for music, the 128MB will hurt! Otherwise it's enough.
There was a MSD memory card that had two banks of 128MB memory that you could switch between (but couldn't use both at once).
You'd have buckleys chance of finding one of them though.

Interesting - but I'm not using this for music. I only bought one because (1) I used to have one and sold it, then met a friend who still had one, and it got me nostalgic (2) I found it NIB and cheap on eBay from a reliable seller (3) It'll be a good backup to my K790a.
Anyway, plenty of 128MB MS Duo's floating around out there. An Amazon Marketplace seller has the SanDisk one for $6 shipped Sony Style even sells them still.
