I am working on a j2me application, the jar size of which is around 350Kb. While I am able to use the app on various other SE devices (viz. k750, w810i, k610 etc.) without problems, when I open the app on w610i, just when its about to start I get this error: 'The application uses too much memory'. Is there any limitation of jar size for this phone. Also since the heap memory on most of these phones is ranged b/w 512 - 1.5 Mb (expandable) its difficult to believe that could be a problem cuz the app works on other phones. Moreover, I have tested the app on several other phones and it works very fine. However there is something definitely which the phone does not like which is not obvious to me. The firmware ver (w610i) is R1JD001. Thanks for ur reply.
