It should take 10-15 minutes. Download software from DaVinci Team, buy some credits (10 for €10 is all you need and they only take Euros), find the right firmware ("CUSTOMIZED UK/ BLUE (1202-5694 | WESTERN-EUROPE)" ) when you go to upgrade firmware within the DaVinci client and press go. You may need to install some usb drivers (I prefer the self extracting usb driver package from wotanserver.com, that bits free) and I'd certainly suggest making sure your phone is mostly charged (you don't the battery dying whilst flashing the phone because you'll find it difficult to recover).
