I can't seem to get to grips with this camera - the flash appears to make pictures WORSE in low-light conditions.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? |

Think it just has to be used in the right mode - try turning the flash off then taking a picture, I've noticed with it on and in lower light conditions then the pictures come out dark as the phone is expecting there to be more light from the flash - this happens more on 'longer range' pictures where the subject is more than a metre or two in front of you.

That's exactly the problem! I'll try it in the right mode and with flash off. Thanks! |

Can you post some photos so we can see what exactly you're talking about. When I first bought my K800i, 10 says ago, I was quite disappointed with the camera, but now I'm starting more and more to like the camera, you just have to learn some tricks.

Stick the camera in night mode with the flash & try that. |
