The box clearly mentioned that the brand is NOKIA :
But the product is like a chinese made :

looks like UIQ on the screen.
I havent heard of any nokia with UIQ the touch interface that will be coming to NOKIA is this http://www.a site.com/[....]ers_over_nokia_touch_phone.htm
