@firad12, no you cannont. Some people here like to say that porting software made for the series 60(7650/3650) to fit into the p800 won't require much work for the developers, but i doubt it. And besides, if it turnes out that it is this easy, it's all up to the developers if they wanna port their software, or what software they will port, allow others to port. So the 3650 will have a big advantage over the p800 when it's released because of all the software already available for it.

Sorry to let you guys down, but speaking purely on a looks basis, I have to admit I prefer the 3650's looks...

Plus I bet it will have t9, unlike the p800

@jalu, well have you seen the keypad on the 3650? I doubt textmessaging will be the easiest thing to do with it... Besides, it probably won't take long before a t9 app will come out for the p800.

Can u explain why u would need t9 on the p800? Bearing in mind that the p800 has a touch screen handwriting recognition app.writing with that electronic pen with the p800 is guna be earier 2 txt with,no spelling mistakes,unless ur dislexic

@sonyericssonman, well lots of people still finds it easier to write using t9, that's why. And i think it will be nice to have that option too.

@sonyericssonman

I've tried using various different handwriting apps and I just don't like them.

The XDA version and various pocket PC types don't work for me so well - I spend all day at work typing and when I go on the internet I type...I can't remember the last thing I actually *wrote* that was meant to look neat.

It's much easier to t9 a sentance than to type it, especially if you want it to be legible which is important when a computer has to understand it.

The 3650 circular shape might take time to get used to but it can work, I have friends with a 7210 that say they got used to the unusually shaped buttons on there.

Its what suits u best really,i can type fast anyway,so i dont use t9.i think its slow,but as i said,its what suits u.the 7210 is a bit borin,dont ya think? Only thing that turns heads is it weird shaped key pad,which is nothin amazin,but if u look at the p800 and 3650,u think there really wicked phones,their excellent designs,i duno wot they woz on when they designed the 3650,but it great

@sonyericssonman

The 7210 is a bit dull. That's what I have always felt is the big let down with Nokias - the menu doesn't change at any times.

From the 3310 to the 7210, all the menus are the same and a bit dull - thats why the t68i was such a breath of fresh air.

I hope the 3650 isn't the same, theres something to be said about diversity, even if something being the same is good.

The 3650 and 7650 is basically the same(on the inside). They are both operating under the symbian 6.1 series 60 platform. The 3650 has a memory card slot, which of course is an great advantage over the 7650, but the memory card slot is terribly misplaced. It's under the battery for crying out loud! And i personally think the stupid thing has been severely beaten with an ugly-stick!
