Simply look around the forum for themes that are suited for the 176x220 resolution. Download them. Then you have to ask someone which has these themes in his phone by default to extract the .swf files of the themes from the OS and send them to you so that you can import them into your phone in order to get the menus working right.

I have about 24 flash menu files (240x320) but most of them are crappy. Thats why I started making my own flash menu.  |

id love to know how to do it, how do you make the menus look really cool. My wifes is cool, splat i like that one.
I used to love making themes, but i feel they look so bad now with the old type menu that i just leave it on laser precision |
