suggestions to improve this website!! |

so i m sure alot of like this website rite? so why not give some feedback and suggestions to the webmaster to improve this website!!
first i want to let u guys know that this is really a great website and i visit it almost 3 times a day...
what i want to see to be improve in this website is to include a new section on the latest news on mobile phone.. dont u guys think that this is a great ideas? then mroe pple will to visit this website at a regular basis..  |

I also think this is a great website where we phonaholics can meet and enjoy. Especially this forum-thing is great.
However, I have lot of problems with the wapsite. First I am told that there are lack of some information (I don't know which). Then I just can see a rectangle - not a picture. Finally, this forum is a bit hard to handle in wap. But above all, this is a great site!  |

At the moment all topics are lumped into a one section. Sometime it is a bit hard to find certain topic.
How nice it would be if topics can be arrange neatly into sub-section. eg. T39 and T68. And withing them another sub section to cover Software, Tips & tricks, Assesories, etc. |

True. When I first set up the forum, it was splited into manufactures. Nobody strangely  posted in the Siemens, Alcatel posts so I removed them. In the begining there was also very little traffic in this forums either. Maybe I should split it up into sections again.
What do you folks think about:
T68 - T68 spesific
T39/T520 - T39/R520 spesific
T65 - T65 spesific
T66 - T66 spesific
Software - All models
Tips & tricks - All models
Assesories - All models
Earlier models - The old big ones
SonyEricsson - Devices
WAP/GPRS/Email -
Setup -
General - The rest

Sounds good to me. But I actually think I like this rebellian unstructured infromation base where new thoughts are popping up from time to time.... Jummy! |

Iwould prefer to have the phone model as the main section. And below each model is the sub section (eg. tips & tricks, settings, assesories etc.)
This is to avoid searching/browsing through a long list of topics for different phone model once the topics build up. eg. for instance I want to look for a particular T39 "tips & tricks" posting, I would have to browse all the "tips & tricks" posting for T39 and other model as well.
Anyway this is just my opinion.

i think at the moment, most of the user in this forum own a T68, so i guess there is actually not much point in splitting, coz most of the Ericsson phone is quite similar.. |

OK. We'll give it a try. But I will depend on you guys to feed us with news. I am of course browsing the net every day for interesting stories, but I can't find it all.

Just my one cents worth.
In wap, when viewing personal uploads (for background pics), can we just view the name instead of pictures.
Benefit is to save download time and $$$, we will know what we downloaded anyway, right?
