with 30 seconds to go in a firmware update i got an error telling me to remove the battery and reboot(due to an error), i did that and now i just get the white nokia screen!!!im guessing it is bricked, does anybody of any tutorials out there on how to reflash it or amend this problem

Try this,

Press Call + 3 + * simultaneously during the bootup phase, forces the N95 to do a complete wipe of internal memory.
This will reset the phone back to 100% standard factory configuration.

I had that same problem and I did remove the battery and just hit continue on the flash and it finished all the way.

it lost the connection to the pc too so that messed it up

thats what I mean same thing happened, and I had the white screen saying nokia test point. I just removed the power, removed the battery powered it on without any battery or power put them back in powered it backup and redid the flash. keep tying see if it is recognized by nokia update service

this happened with me when i flash using parralell on mac. u need to get it reflashed by a nokia service centre

taken it to my local center.they accepted it because i took my ebay printout (which wasnt enought) but because they know the phone hasnt been out that long they accepted that it wasnt out of warranty.it was orange branded, but i put another code in it to debrand it, will this affect the warranty if the guy spots it?

just rang them up and he said he did what he could and the chip was broke,so he said.and now its off to nokia for them to sort it..will they bother fixing it or send a new one?does it matter that i changed it to euro1?its not unlocking is it

prey they dont come back and say water damage that is a excuse they make sometimes.
