Hey everyone,
First off, I hope this is an ok place to post this. I just bought Wayfinder Navigator from

Now it might just be me, but it says:

Notice the last line says Wayfinder Bluetooth GPS receiver. When I got my e-mail receipt, it says Software Only. They sent me an e-mail with the link to download the software, http://na.getwf.com with my cellphone. I click on the link to start the download and it takes me to a page that says "Wayfinder does not support the selected language", the selected language being English. The login they sent me doesn't work either.
I sent them 3 e-mails on Monday, and just sent another one today, with absolutely no replies except e-mails that say:
Dear Customer,
We have received your message, with subject 'Question from Wayfinder.com', and it has been assigned the following ticket number: AET-14497-333. We will reply to your request as soon as possible.

Wayfinder Customer Support
Opening hours:
Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm CET
So, to sum it up, it looks like they charged my credit card, they're not sending the bluetooth GPS unit that it says on the webpage, and they're not answering e-mails.
Has anyone else had these experiences with Wayfinder? I'm getting ready to dispute the CC transaction. |

I have the same product. Came with my P1i.
I asked them if I could download maps for Turkey and response came in 3 days.
Of course they should send you the bluetooth GPS device. Without that wayfinder is useless. I'm sure they'll return to you but god knows when

I can't even install it though! They don't have an area where I can download it on the computer, you have to use the cell phone. When I try it on my cell phone, I get a page that says "Wayfinder navigator does not support the selected language". |

I've got an SE P990i. I just tried the link that you sent me and the options lead me to dead ends (404 Page not found)! 
I appreciate your help though.

I just found those also! I'll try installing and see what comes up. Now if they'll just e-mail me back about the GPS!
