Returning/exchanging a k850 with o2 online (doorstep swap) |

I'm having a few problems with my phone, so I rang up o2 returns and they agreed to send one out and swap it on the door on Tuesday. However, I was kinda drifting off towards the latter end of the conversation, and didn't quite pick up a few things regarding this whole procedure. Could someone please clarify a few things for me?
1) When swapping the old phone, do you need to include the 512mb memory stick? I kind of sold that on since I already had a 1gb one ¬_¬
2) I think I heard them say I need to include my name and address somewhere, and also some kind of "return" code which I don't have yet (apparently I was supposed to get an email). Can anyone clarify this for me?
3) What time does the courier normally arrive?

i have an ongoing complaint with O2 that all started with the doorstep swap in the k800 days, thankfully it has done me well and got me a ridiclously good deal with them and a new K850I on its way that i dont deserve!
I remember that the courier time isnt fixed unfortunately but they should give you some idea over the phone as they work in two hourly blocks
You just need to package up the phone only.
No Sim (obviously) no memory cards , no charger , nothing but the handset and battery
package it up with a note with your name address and mobile number
and hey presto
all very straightforward

O2 usually want the charger as well .... orange say they want ALL the box
contents but the courier only takes phone, battery and charger !!

When i have done the last door swaps i was asked to return everything that i got with the phone including the memory card. They just wasnt bothered about the box. But i did have that as well. My last swap was 2 weeks ago.
