my w800 turns off by itself |

hey guys,
I have W800 like when it release and it didn't do problem at all.
before some weeks,it became insufferable.
I turn on it, and after some minutes it turn off by itself and I need again to turn on it.
What do you think its problem? What will help solve this problem?
(btw, it fell sometimes, can it be the problem?)

the battery can be loose. try to tighten it.
what is your firmware? it might be a bug though

I tried tighten the battery many times, didn't help.
I got R1DB001 firmware |

my w800 firmware is R1BC002 and it has no bugs, so try to update it via SEUS

lol ooops but it says on SEUS that i have the most updated firmware so i just thought it was the newest 1, sorry

Its surely hardware fault.
Maybe something lose or some chip might be damaged.
Get it checked in some local store.

yes,some games. but I don't think it's the problem ( It often freezes at games)
