Hello folks,

Sold a w910i on ebay today and i'm kinda worried, as within the last minute the bidding went from £205 to £1070???

Do i report it to ebay?

get on ebay help centre thing and see what they say..

I'm not sure you can cancel bids when the auction has ended, can you?

but you can make a second chance offer to the 3rd place person (if you're happy with £200) since clearly the first and second place are fraudulent in some way (perhaps hacked accounts?).

If you search completed W910 auctions there are half a dozen that come up over £1000 (one over £2000!). interestingly though they are all different usernames

I'd say definately a scammer, you'll probably get an email or a fake Paypal payment asking you to send it to Nigeria or somewhere like that!

Report it to Ebay as being suspcious and that the winning bidder is probably using a hijacked account.

Agree with all the previous guys, plus to avoid scam buyers i always put credit card holders with PP accounts in my set buyer prefs.
