help..i have this problem when i plug my k800i to my pc via usb cable, when i click the file transfer menu it turns white so long which makes me do remove the batery to restart it,when i press the power button, nothing hapen,it wont start at all..what should i do..please help me......its just 1month old with me.... |

1 month old? Do you have warranty? Return it and get a new one... |

i dont have a waranty...i bought it from a local store but i sure its a brand new k800i...do u think it can be repaired by SE customer care outlets?? |

welcome mate., try to update the firmware using SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service) or XS+++
you can always find one if you know where to look i  myself |

any sugestions?? bcos it wont turn on anymore even i plug in the charger it wont charge |
