I have a T68, and I have had a bug on all my phones! I talked to my service center, thay said that thay don't have heard about
anybody else that have this problem. The problem is that the phone begins to sleep, that meens. I have full contact with operator, but the phone sends all calls to voice mail! So i turn off the phone and then on again, then i will work for some hours, and then it goes back to sleep! This is so anoing, because i don't know when i'm online or offline? I have had the same problem to my 3 phones, and now i have to go back to the service center again and get a new phone. I get a totaly new phone each time. I don't know what i do that other people with this phone dosen't do. But one thing i got in mind, is that i have got transfered some contact from a nokia phone true IR. Can that be the reason? have somebody some suggestions?

Regards

I'm 99% sure that your problem is with your sim card or the operator!
Your phone must be ok!

I think there was the problem originating from your network, and not the phone, probably also because of your location which dont have enough signal. Since you have changed your phone 3 times and the problem still exist, hard to say that all the 3 phones had the same problem.

Yup, another high possiblity is your sim card is not in good condition, try to change new sim card or contact your network operator for details.

If you have special nokiaprofiles for your friends. it can be hidden in the contacts so it in nokia language tells the phone to show a picture but in language it tells the phone to send the call to your answeringmachine.

I have changed opertaor after i got the first phone. And the bug was also on that sim card. But now i got dual sim, that meens to sims but one number. Can that be a reason? but why did i have the same bug on the old sim card, that was not dual sim. It was another operator also...?

Levaud,

I had this same problem, thinking it was the phone or the sim card, telephone number and what not. You need to make sure that in the data accounts your preferred service is GSM Only. If you select GSM and GPRS its goes into what you call the sleep mode.

Try this, it worked for me and seems like your problem is the same
