K850i Fuzzy Wallpaper |

I was wondering if anyone can help me,
I have bought a K850i and has come off of ebay (could have been a mistake as I have no warranty - although I may be able to get it off of the seller), and I have a problem that when I set pictures from my phone as wallpaper they go fuzzy and unfocused.
It only seems to be 3mp (from my K800i) and 5mp that won't do it as a 2mp picture recieved by bluetooth works fine.
I've tried setting the photo theough the media manager, file manager and the settings and i've also tried letting the phone focus the image before I set it.
none of this seems to work and upon contacting sony they said update the firmware (which both my phone and the usb method) are saying that I do have the latest version avaliable.
Has anyone else had this problem and has anyone please got any advice?
I may have to contact the seller because I don't think o2 will take it back otheriwse,
Any way of me getting round this without having to take it back would be great though!

Well I have experienced the same issue with my W910i, which is unbranded...
There seems to be a few major issues with both these phones, so hopefully new firmware should not be long!
