MPS-70 on k850i - unable to control volume problem |

Had MPS-70 delivered yesterday. When I plug them in, the music is loud and distorted and cannot be turned down.
Using volume control buttons on the phone or lowering equaliser settings has no effect. Volume control works fine with the handsfree which came with the phone or when nothing is plugged in. It's as if MPS-70 is connected to some different output which bypasses volume control.
Please help! |

weird problem you guys have. used to own a k610, but recently switched to a w660. i've used my mps70 on both of them but i never encountered that situation. maybe a firmware update for the phones is required?

I have seen this problem with other people too. But I haven't seen a solution myself yet. In fact I think it may be a common bug of the A200 DB3150 platform phones.
