Right, so I had the k800, gave it too my mum, since I then got the k810 and it worked fine.
I recently got the idea to email o2, and ask if they could turn my balance notifications off on my phone, which they did, no problem.
Then my mum decided she wanted her balance notifications turned off as well, so I emailed o2, on behalf of her, and they turned the balance notifications off.
But since the balance notifications have been turned off on my mum's phone (the k800) the call list (ie the list of missed called, answered calls, dialed calls.....) hasn't been working. It not longer shows any missed calls on the list, nor any calls she's made/received.
So jsut wondering... Has anyone else experienced this problem...?
Or any idea if it could be a software issue, or something to do with o2? |
