w800 Camera Fault !

When i take a picture with my w800i the camera shuts off to the main screen. it focus's but when i press to take the picture the camera app closes. On the odd occassion it takes and saves the pictures but this is very rare. Any idea's on this? Does it need a reflash? Thanks Danny
