On ebay of course... received it today, 5 minutes later i was working on it, no need to put the drivers cd in the drive, it found all needed drivers itself over the net. I'm on XP but supposed to be the same on Vista, can verify tomorrow at work and report.
This one will be probably ended when you check the thread but just check in the store of this guy, he list a couple of them per day.

Update for those interested, it works flawlesly in Vista too. There's only one driver that it didn't found itself, but i didn't bother to search on the cd for it, i can connect with phone explorer and that's all i cared for.
