Hi All,

I have bought a stereo headset iTech Clip S38 with the passkey "8888" and also bought a no name bluetooth 3.5mm dongle with passkey"0000". Does anyone have any idea how to pair them, any way to change the default passkey of the headset or the dongle? Many thanks.

default paskeys are usually for devices which have no way of entering a passkey, such as headsets and the dongle if plugged into something other than pc

since the dongle will be controlled by pc driver software, when you initaite pairing you wil be prompted on screen for the passkey and you should enter the headset passkey

thanks, but it is not a usb dongle, but a 3.5mm audio dongle, I don't think there is any driver for the audio output, correct me if I am wrong.
