Anyone knows a programme which split .midi files

I use one called voyetra MIDI Orchestrator Plus. It came with my old Creative Labs Sound Blaster 16. The software was written in 1995 so it's pretty old but it does the trick. It is a full MIDI editing software so I can cut my MIDIs down to the size I need, a 90K midi file is waste of space when you'll only hear the first 30 seconds of it anyway as a ringtone.
BTW I no longer use MIDIs as ringtones even though they are cool I can't hear them so I went back to my good old "Alice DJ" ringtone that my friend wrote for the Nokia and used christiensen.org's Nokia to Ericsson converter to convert it to I-melody.

Go to downloads.com and download a midi software call anvil studio. It is a good programn and is a freeware |
