I completely lost sound on my Sony Ericsson K810i. I didn't drop, or anything. I've just debranded it using WotanServer. It was on Orange (UK) RED CID52 R6CA001 and I flashed R6BC002 Generic Trade UK[Europe_2] becuase it was painfully slow with the orange s/w on it.
It works fine but there is no sound, it works ok, but can't hear mp3s when playing, can't hear video sound when playing videos, cant hear ringtones when ringing, all I get is a hissing noise. I get sound when using the earphones. Any clue as what happened and how it can be fixed? |

try to flash it again. maybe the flashing went wrong when you did it with wotan.

But is said it FINISHED OK - I watched the whole process and there was no errors - If I flash it again which flash will work? Please recommend one which works? ~ I don't want to waste anymore money otherwise it's better I give it to a repair shop.

Hi,
Thanks for that - however I've flashed it again. However the load speaker is still not working - everything else seems fine - camera, vibration, in-ear speaker, handsfree etc but no load speaker!
Aghh - has anyone here debranded their K810i? - if so what flash did u use? any problems.

But it was working before the flash - will it work if I try a different flash?
If so which one would you recommend for the K810i? All I need is English...
Or shall I flash it back to what it was before Orange_UK.

Hi,
I've managed to sort it out, it was a software issue and it works I've reflashed it again using XS++ and finalised it with UK generic custom pack.
Loud speaker works fine.

Im on orange also with my K810 and want to flash. Can you please upload the Generic cust pack and tell me what FS and MAIN firmwares you used?
