I recently bought an abacus bluetooth watch and as i am a proud owner of the mbw-100 i thought i'd post a few pictures of both as a comparison. and differences between them.
the first opinion i have is that both are exactly the same as for the user interface and the battery life (about 2 weeks with the bluetooth function on)
after that the abacus is slightly larger than the mbw-100 but very solid and good as for the design. the only difference i found on the abacus is that it does not have the ability to control the media player on the phone. (like the mbw-100) both do attract the attention due to the fact as that they are very large in size other than the normal watches. both charge from the back but you cannot use one anothers chargers to charge the other.
the abacus comes with a usb cable to charge via usb interface.
along with a neet travel pouch to carry the charger, but no car charger like the mbw-100. other than that the abacus is an exellent watch to buy if you want all that the mbw-100 can offer exept for the media player control.
the rest of the opinions are all up to you.

p.s the abacus watch costs about 170 euro cheaper then the mbw-100

Very nicely done! Yes, I love my MBW-100 however, I have had confirmation from jmcomms that the MBW-150s work perfect with the k850i but the MBW-100 wont get the txt notification. Do you by chance have the resources to test the Abacus?

You might need XS++ 3.1 (Darwin) to check that. I have had an ongoing battle with SE over this aye - plus noone else on here can make it work either!

Might have to get one after christmas, cheaper than the SE one, and there isn't much of a difference.

the charger comes with 2 peices one that includes the wall socket and the secon piece that mounts on the wire (usb) and connects to the clamp that fits on the watch I don't know where you can get a spare look at the pictures. it can also be charged using a pc usb port.
