i need to connect my phone to the computer to flash it. i am able to connect it to the computer for file transfer but im not abe to connect it to XS++. I NEED HELP!!!! |

since u can connect the phone 4 file transfer , I think usb drivers must be installed ..... hold the c button and then only connect the phone cable 2 phone after clicking "connect" in xs ++ .... if have done this correctly , then do as tranced told .... install the usb drivers
also which is ur phone ???

W810i but i did the c button properly i even had KCC4 to do it but he couldnt do it and i dno how to unistall the usb drivers to install it again |

right am having the same problems
are you running 64 bit windows because
i think it might be a driver problem
