Hello.

I have a W910i, and i was wandering if anyone knows how to deactivate any diverted calls options in the CALLS settings?

I keep getting an error message saying 'DEACTIVATE ALL COMMAND ERROR'. I've tried deactivating numerous times, but the error message keeps popping up.

The phone came with diverted calls settings when i opened it straight from the box, and I'm only doing this so i can get rid of the green LINE 1 icon on the top left standby screen.

Does anybody know a way to get through this problem and deactivate the divert calls?

Thanks in advance

Try #002# which is a general network command and cancels all diverts.

HI there, I'm urged on the solution, same problem here,

Called my provider, they say they have no control on the divert, that there are no active diverts on my line, and that it should be a problem with my device

"002" also fails with "command error"

would greatly appreciate any solution other than master-resetting the entire phone.

Try using *#002# as this is the correct handset/network command prompt. Me :-)
