K850 - unable to add any calendar events or sync correctly. |

I have now got my second K850 (changed due to dust in lens, loose front screen, crashes etc). It has the same firmware as the first one.
Using a Mac and Leopard and the excellent Feiser plugin I was able to enjoy full sync support of contacts and calendar events with no conflicts on the first phone.
The second phone (build quality far better) however is unable to sync calendar events at all complaining thus :

Having address book conflicts all over the place too...
Just discovered that even if I try and add a calendar event on the phone, it goes through the motions but does not add an event.
This is getting to be a pain SE !!
Anyone else had these issues or know of a cure before i take the damn thing back again ?

i had this error message when trying to add events from my PC and syncing them down to the phone -- even after I deleted ALL from the calendar!
also, tasks were not creating. try doing that too... create one, go through the steps, then see if it shows up in the list.
i bet youll have that problem too.
I had to resort to a hard reset, after backing up all of my stuff. Surprisingly, I didn't lose themes or applications! |

I cant create appointments in the phone at all... save them and then I get presented with the Add appointment option again.
Nothing in the calendar at all - says its empty when I try and delete all events.
Only issue I have with a hard reset is that I will loose all my apps, sounds etc that are in the phones memory. All my stuff is on the M2 card.
Browsing the phone via BT on OS X does not show any apps, themes or sounds in the phone memory. Is there a way to ensure I only reset the phone and not delete any of the stuff in it ?
