Im trying to print a picture for my wife, however im running into some problems, it never prints. i always get this message

'The following error occured while thw wizard was working with the picture named Mair 1:

Not enough storage is available tp process this command'

then it says cancel try again or continue, no matter what i then press nothing happens and it doesnt print.

We never used to have problems

Can someone help me please

meaning the file is too large for the printer to cope.... try resizing pic

i did, i resized it to 1024 x 768 and its still saying that

hmmmm. try opening something with ms paint (just to a few squiggles with the paint brush) and see if it prints from that program??

if it does print in paint try downloading a different program

or it may be the printer drivers need re-installing

Also, try switching the printer off and unplug it from the power supply for 30 seconds in order to clear the print buffer memory.

If it still won't print, check the actual file size of the photo (not the dimensions) and use an image editing app to compress it into a smaller jpeg image.
