I hate having to go through the camera menu just to choose the type of focus, does anyone know a shortcut button to change the focus on the K850

i havnt used a k850 but on the rest of the line up the no. KEY 4 is the shortcut...

4 doesnt work, they made a shortcut for self timer and not for focus i think thats kind of stupid

i sooooo agree!!! i was trying to take a macro shot and realised it's not there...stupid....extremely...it was one the my most used buttons on the k750.

Indeed, type of focus it's more used than self timer

and i love the phone but to get to the macro its not the most accesable thing, if you know what i mean

Faster way to change to macro focus, I think is changing to Document Scene. You could try that ...

doesnt it automatically change to macro focus when you try to focus on close objects? Thats what i heard in M-R and gsmarena reviews.

well yeah thats auto focus but sometimes i want to use infinate for larger pics and i swear to god i cant get anything in focus in low light areas with the document settign

I sometimes use the Scene's key (second from the left) and keep pressing it till it gets to Document. It enables macro for you

Switching to document scene sharpens the image. It will make the text more readable. But other than texts, I think that document scene mode is not advisable. I too, uses the macro mode more often than the timer. [addsig]
