K850i has lost all my Applications |

Hi,
I was just wondering who has had this same problem? It seems that they're gone not only from the phone but are not visible on the Memory Stick etiher. I have tried leaving the battery out for 40mins, and have even done a Hard Reset, yet they're still not to be found. This occured the morning after I had downloaded Yahoo! Go. I had been playing around with Yahoo! Go without any issues, I then turned my phone off for the night, and in the morning, I turned it on, pressed the right key (which I had assigned as a shortcut to Yahoo! Go) but it was not found... when I went to the applications folder either via the Applications section or through the file browser, they were not there.
Anyone else have this issue? Or solved it? I'm going to call orange tonight when I get home to sort it out and hopefully get a replacement...
If this is a firmware issue, I suggest that if anyone else has this problem, they call Orange (or their network) to arragne a replacement... it is them who'll put the pressure on SE to get a new firmware out.

yep, i had this problem; couldnt fix it so yook the phone back. |
