Hey All
I have a big presentation and application tomorrow with regards to joining the navy and I'm pretty nervous about it for some reason so I can't sleep 
Decided I'm just gonna stay awake
Anyone else about just now for a wee natter?

Trust me m8, don't stay up all night.
Even if your just lying in bed resting listening to a podcast or something....rest, if you stay on the computer etc, by 5am you'll be feeling bad, come 6-7am you'll feel so crap m8 trust me.

Feel pretty tired aswell but it just aint happening.
Think am gonna watch a few eps or Scrubs and relax
