i have the same version. has your phone locked up yet? mine has. was deleting loads of sms at the time. free poly tones at www.digidots.co.uk

I have the same version: 3.09
I haven't got any problem with the phone. (No hangs, No delays, No crashes,...)
Where is your 7210 made? Mine in Finland

Only problem I have is when I receive big mms, the mms disapear. No error...nothing.

I have software version 3.08, and would like to get 3.09, my hardware was made in finland! Mine is orange by the way...let me know how i can upgrade in the US! I heard i can just send it to nokia of melbourne which isnt far from me, and they do it for free? ! thanks |

Well, In Europe, if the phone is in warranty (Usually 1 year), they will upgrade your firmware for free.
So if you go to an Oficial Nokia Service Center, they will upgrade for free.

v3.09 date 02-10-02 is the latest firmware version for the 7210 as far as I know.
There should be a newer version out which fixes the bugs (e.g. no gallery ringtones can be used for caller groups or the SMS tone) but no idea when. When it does come out, you'll have to return your phone to the nearest Nokia service centre to upgrade it (but back all your stuff up first with the content copier, just in case). |

Hi everybody.
I'm new here. I've got version 3.09. How can I obtain v4.18 ? Is it possible (and free ??) to return my phone to a Nokia service center ?
